| Robert M. Burke, III - President |

Bob Burke began his career in the hospitality industry as a hotelier in New York. He moved to Miami where he both managed and marketed two deluxe hotels in Coral Gables and Coconut Grove. In 1984 he went solo in order to pursue a career which would allow him to share the knowledge he acquired as a hotel marketer with others in the hospitality, travel and tourism industries. Initially teaming up with the original Pan American Airways, he was able to manage and massage their vast databases and turn them into effective distribution channels for industry suppliers. Bob pioneered fax broadcasting in the travel industry changing forever the way suppliers do business. Faxing evolved to email broadcasting and databases expanded from travel agents to other industry segments, including meeting planners/incentive buyers, etc. and ultimately to consumers.
eGroup's success stories are legion and involve all areas of the travel industry from the smallest hotels to the best known all-inclusive resorts.
He is a Past President of Skål International Miami and is active in numerous travel industry organizations.

David Ross is Vice President of Marketing for eGroup.
“David brings a fresh perspective to eGroup with an extensive history as a supplier and buyer of travel incentives” said Robert M. Burke III, President of eGroup Communications Inc. “His tenure in the MICE industry brings many contacts and ideas that will strengthen our ability to deliver effective communications for our clients”
David has been in the incentive travel industry for fourteen years. As group sales manager for Unique Vacations Inc. in Miami, representing the Sandals and Beaches family of properties, his efforts helped to establish these brands in the incentive industry. More recently as Vice President of Sales of Advanced Incentive Travel of California. David continues to operate incentive programs as an independent planner.
Born in New Zealand, the son of a hotelier, David was raised in the travel industry in the Bahamas, California and Chicago.
David is an active member of SKAL, SITE and MPI.

Thorsten Loth is Vice President of Sales for eGroup.
Thorsten brings close to two decades of hospitality experience to eGroup. Thorsten oversees all sales initiatives including but not limited to the expansion and growth of the client base for all markets as well as maintaining current partnerships.
"Thorsten has extensive experience in the Industry" said Robert Burke, President of eGroup Communications Inc. "With him joining the team we are confident that our client base will grow. With his diverse background in travel and tourism he brings with him a unique perspective that will highlight the value of eGroups services for our current and future clients."
Most recently,Thorsten served as the Executive Director of Operations at the Ocean Reef Club, Key Largo, Florida where he oversaw all operational aspects and leadership for this privately owned, luxurious and world renown property. Previously, Thorsten worked for the Boca Raton Resort and Club, Riviera Country Club and Woodfield Country Club in South Florida as well as for several Dorint Hotel AG properties in Europe in various capacities.
Originally from Kassel, Germany, Thorsten is a graduate of the Hotel Management School Heidelberg, Germany. His education, drive and passion for hospitality allowed him to fast track through several segments of the industry on two continents.
