You book multiple international events per year

You attend the show for each FULL DAY of your hosted program

You schedule six to eight individual meetings of your choice, per day
Hosted Buyer's applications will be reviewed by IMEX Hosted Buyer Review Board. You must have the potential to research, organize, influence, or make budgetary decisions for international events (outside your home country). You also must have three confirmed or planned events taking place in the next three years.
Acceptance is Simple!
It is simple! If you frequently organize or contract business events or meetings abroad, you are eligible for a place on our coveted hosted buyer program. There is no catch (nor other daily commitments if you are hosted directly by IMEX)!
