Miami, FL – September 25, 2025 – eGroup Communications, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Brett Hatch as Executive Vice President/Partner. Hatch is an accomplished executive with over 30 years of experience and numerous accolades in the meetings, incentive travel, and corporate gifting industries.

Prior to this new position, Hatch served as Senior Vice President of Business Development at Global Gifting since 2024. Before that, he was Senior Director of Global Corporate Gifts at Maui Jim Sunglasses for 24 years, and he previously managed marketing at Norwood Promotional Products.

Throughout his career, Hatch has been actively involved in the meetings and incentive industry, receiving numerous accolades, including:

• The prestigious EXCALIBUR award at the 2024 LAND X-CHANGE for exemplary leadership and outstanding contributions to the global meetings and incentive industry.

• Northstar Meetings Group’s “Top 25 Influencers of the Meetings Industry” in 2019.

• Incentive Magazine’s “25 Most Influential People in the Motivation Industry.”

• The 2015 Incentive Marketing Association (IMA) President’s Award for furthering IMA’s mission of creating greater awareness of incentives.

Additionally, he has served multiple years on the boards of the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA) and the Incentive Research Foundation (IRF) and has mentored numerous individuals in their incentive product careers.
